**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of our two-bedroom condos is
Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t
feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views
for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. One bedroom
features a King Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other bedroom has
a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination along the hallway. Additional sleeping
arrangements include a queen Murphy Bed. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering
needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedrooms all have TVs for your viewing
pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. Wild,
Water, and Wheels Water Park is also just minutes away if you are looking to relax in a wave pool or
take on the extreme water slides. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all
kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, and
starter soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**

Every year, we have a wonderful time, and everything is excellent, except this year, the apartment was not like the other times. C- for the Appartment.

Great location. Nice condo but needs some updates. The furniture on the balcony is falling apart, the rug in the Livingroom need repaired or replaced has a large trip hazard. It's has about a 2 foot tear in it. The lighting in the master bathroom is useless. All the AC & exhaust fan vents need the have the ceiling just dusted off. The Beds are very comfortable. But you need to bring your own hand & dish soap. There's only 1 dish cloth & towel, so bring more with you. They do have a mop but no bucket. there's brooms & a sweeper & 2 floor fans but no other cleaning supplies. I love to clean even on vacation. Renters need to take care of the units they rent!!! I would rent this unit again but I'll be more prepared on what to take.

Front desk staff not very friendly. Didn’t acknowledge us for. 10 minutes while on telephone. Very short discussion and no explanation about where condo was, elevators, amenities or anything. Condo was furnished nicely but filthy. Dishes in cabinets were dirty, dirty towels left in room from previous guest. Resort location was great!
