**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of our two-bedroom condos is
Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t
feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views
for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. One bedroom
features a queen Bed, and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other bedroom has
a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination along the hallway. Additional sleeping
arrangements include two sleeper sofas in the living room. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering
needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedrooms all have TVs for your viewing
pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

We really like the location of this unit. There are bathrooms located near the pool, which was very convenient. There is a small bar and a convenience store on the property. The rental umbrellas and chairs are just a few steps away from the pool deck. If you don't like sand, you can sit on the pool deck and still feel like you are sitting on the beach with no obstructions of your view. Our room had been updated with a nice kitchen and new bedroom furniture. We slept well. My complaints were that I had to clean the bathrooms, sweep the floors, etc. It appeared housekeeping only put clean sheets on the beds, but didn't clean. The windows did not lock, therefore anyone could gave sliden them open and climbed in from outside. I put wooden sticks in them while we were there and reported this to the office, so hopefully it is fixed. There was a presence of secutity guards, which we liked. This is an older resort and is a little dated. Rooms are all different as they are owned by individuals. Our room did look like pictures on website. We had a great vacation! I would recommend, however warn that you will most likely be cleaning on your first day...we talked to several others and they, too had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies upon arrival.
