2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in the remarkable Sugar Top high rise building. Fantastic ski slope views and facility features an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, and fitness room. Owner has added an air purification system in this property, as previous neighbors in a nearby unit were smokers. This was the situation mentioned in older reviews and is no longer an issue.
Your 8th floor condo will provide unforgettable views whether you're overlooking the ski slopes in winter or miles and miles of foliage during the rest of the year. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the condo has flatscreen tvs. The homeowner has thoughtfully provided a freestanding air conditioner unit for your comfort. (only available in summer months)
Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

It was nice and clean. Every room has a TV and my kids enjoyed it. The sunset view from balcony is majestic and can see the ski resort from there.

Condo has been nicely renovated and has ample space for 4 people for a week. Great view of the "green" ski slopes from the porch. It was nice to have the pool available for the kids to spend some time in before or after dinner. Parking was kind of a pain with the shuttle but manageable. Unfortunately, the condo smelled of smoke. The smell seems to be coming from the neighbors and not the condo itself. There was an air purifier in the living room but it didn't seem to do much. Once we cooked and opened a window a bit the smoke smell seemed to dissipate. If you have asthma this condo may be a problem for you. But to be honest a friend was staying in a different condo in the same building and had the same smoke smell issue. Maybe there is shared venting systems with neighboring units?!? There are a few small things that could be addressed like larger mugs, adding cooking utensils, and a vacuum for longer stays.
