This condo is conveniently located in the middle of Center Village. Just a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts, be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes! The home recently got new an upgrade with new flooring and paint! Relax in the comfortable living room in front of the gas fireplace. The couch does have a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy the big game or watch a Blu-Ray movie on the 42 inch flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen is nicely updated and features granite counters. The dinning room table can accommodate 4 people, or take a break from cooking and walk to one of the many great restaurants.
The bedroom has a King Bed and a TV. The bathroom is not en suite and has a shower/tub combo.
There is an underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle. The clearance is 7'8". Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free. There is also a private ski locker for you to use during your stay.
