Enjoy a truly awesome view from the porch of this spacious condo with plenty of beds for the entire family and then some! Pet Friendly with additional fee. This condo has 1 bedroom plus a large enclosed porch with extra bedding. The first bedroom has a King Bed and a small enclosed porch directly off this bedroom. There is a large flat screen TV as well as a Gas fireplace. The well equipped kitchen has a pass through to the dining area. The beautiful enclosed porch has a large game/dining table, great views of the slopes and an additional Twin/Full Bunk Bed. (Keep in mind the porch may be a little on the cool side, if planning on using the additional beds). There is garage parking for 1 vehicle in the garage(8'10"). Outside of the building are a handful of parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available in the North Alpine Lot with an additional charge during the winter, summer is free. Pet Friendly with additional fee of $100 per dog, max 2.
Laundry room is located next to the garage door inside the garage. Its coin operated.
Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village. The bus picks up at Passage Point (right next door) and comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season. West Village has the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School and "bunny" slope terrain.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.
No parties larger than the maximum number of guests allowed in the rental at any time. As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials. Remember you are staying as a guest in someone's home, where much investment has been made to make your stay enjoyable; please treat all private property with respect.
