This canal home has it all, convenient access for beach people, floating dock for boaters and great kitchen for the cook! Private pool! Two separate eating areas, five porches with swings, rockers and chairs. Master bedroom has adjoining sitting area with full-size sleeper sofa (sheets are not included for sleeper sofa) and a huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs sitting room/office was transformed into a 4th bedroom! TVs in all bedrooms. Enjoy the views of the undeveloped tidal marsh from the front porch or the canal from the screened room downstairs. This delightful home is well-maintained for your comfort and enjoyment! High Speed Internet. Owner reserves the right to access boat dock and boat lift on the canal. Beach access located between 883 & 885 OBW.
