All bedrooms have private baths. There is also a sitting room with a queen sofa bed. The second floor features a king primary suite and large, open living, kitchen, and dining areas. The Inverted floor plan offers two living areas, making this home perfect for large families. You'll also have a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and free WiFi. Upgrades in this home include stainless steel appliances, crown molding, and hardwood floors. Other amenities include spacious decks with plenty of seating, a boat dock, an enclosed outside shower, and a location 500 yards from direct beach access.

We loved the house! We rented for a week & had to leave after 2 days due to Tropical Storm Debby. House had everything you needed for a great vacation, beds were comfortable, elevator for luggage was perfect, & close walk to beach. Hope to stay here again so we can enjoy the beach and house.

The house is perfect. Lots of space and comfy places to curl up and read. Nice decks and dock. Wouldn’t hange a thing

The house was a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with family. The house has wonderful common areas to gather, and roomy bedrooms for solitude. We appreciated the games and large screen TVs for our favorite shows. We also loved walking on the beach and the many streets to get some good miles in. There are many choices for restaurants and other entertainment, but I especially liked The Cove, just a short drive away. The kids loved biking, and the next time we're there we'll get the kayaks out too! Five stars well deserved!

We came for a family vacation with elderly grandparents who had severe mobility issues and were counting on the elevator to help them access the property. On arrival, it did not work properly (we got stuck halfway up but fortunately it returned us to floor 1 after we waited a few minutes). We called Vacasa right away and they assured us someone would be out first thing in the morning. 24 hours later, we called the repair company (Home Elevators) directly who informed us that Vacasa had never contacted them. They contacted Vacasa and the local Vacasa rep came out within the hour to assess the issue, but it was too late in the day for them to get a repairman back out on the island. Finally someone came on the morning of Day 3 of our vacation and it was a quick fix. No other issues, the house was lovely, clean, and a quick walk to public beach access along with great canal access.
