We really enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was definitely a plus! House was clean. No issues. We would rent again!

This is an opportunity for family and friends to get together with folks we don't see as often as we like due to children now being grown up, have moved away and have started families. A chance to relax and play. The house being 2 apartments was unclear, but we did ok as it helped to keep the real little vacationers on their schedule and the all nighters on theirs. We did a lot of cooking there, which was good in the up-stairs kitchen, but the downstairs kitchen needs new cutlery (rusty) and utensils. The downstairs was overall in need of some beautification, but we were still very comfortable, since we spend most of our time at the beach or up-stairs. Thank you for your fast response to the maintenance issues we alerted you to.

A group of moms came to relax for Mother's Day. It was very clean, well stocked rental. We did not understand that the two units were not connected and you had to go outside to go back and forth but it worked out because the weather was beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach made it very convenient. It was a quiet, friendly area to visit.

Property could use some renovation. Beds were ok. AC did not work on both days during the afternoon. It was hard to get some one to answer when we called for maintainence.
