Set back off of a quiet lane, this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1-bath, country family cabin is the perfect respite from city life! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a small second bedroom with 1-twin bunk, one full bath with a stack washer/dryer, and an open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area including a dishwasher, a free standing wood stove (firewood provided) to cozy up to, plus a nice sized and new front deck featuring a gas grill and a covered hot tub! The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed. This pet friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.
