Lower Floor Features
A cozy living room with smart tv and wood burning fireplace (starter bundle of wood provided).
Queen bedroom with soft linens and ambient lighting
Full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo, stocked with the essentials.
Dining room with bench style seating
Fully stocked kitchen with espresso machine, drip coffee maker a tea kettle for winding down or slow mornings by the fire.
Upper Floor Features:
Plush king bed with smart tv and closet, decorated with tranquility in mind.
Fun bunk room with two twin beds, fully stocked with games and kids toys to keep your little entertained and busy!
Convenient half bathroom with a vanity and storage bench
Location Features:
Only 35 minutes from the Mt. Baker Ski Area, this getaway is a perfect basecamp for Mt. Baker adventures!
Convienently located near downtown Glacier with access to delicious restaurants and coffee shops down the road.
Important Notes:
Pet Policy: DOGS only permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 1 dog allowed @ $35/per night
Pet Rules:
We love pets and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home.
1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.
2. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats)
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest.
Parking Information
**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required.
-Parking is not permitted on roads within the Mt Baker Rim community.
-Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.
- We are required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay, and all vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway.

Very happy with property, one very minor point was the lack of internet service at timed

Check in was kinda crazy and confusing. Didn’t help that a young woman (presumably a local resident) was clearly agitated with us because we couldn't figure out how to get into the main gate in the dark. We weren't the only ones confused and not sure what to do, as the car in front of us gave up and reversed. Said woman (local resident) said it was my fault I didn't know what was going on. Later I tried to call and email rental agency, but because of poor cell coverage in that area, never got through. Bed was awesome though and other than the above inconveniences- enjoyed our stay.
