Bliss

Everything is a 10. Our second time visiting as a family, the rooms are excellent, food is plentifull and delicious and the spa best in the Balkans. The staff is also very helpfull and polite and also you get shows and entertainment for the kids and music for the adults in the Lobby bar at night. Highly recomend for a relaxing family vacation.

Really nice!

Hotel is brand new, stuff was really great, nice, welcoming and pleasant. We stayed at apartment and it was really spacious, well equipped, bathroom had floor heating, bedroom was nice, leaving room was big, kitchen had all you need for basic stay, we would come back again definitely.

This is just a heads up. Hotel has 2 parts, apartments and hotel rooms. If you want to book an apartment be prepared to pay for everything else except room. If you want to book hotel room instead apartment most of the facilities and services are included in the price but double check everything before booking.

Good

The property will be great once it will be finished. We come 2 weeks after opening and many facilities were not yet working. Location is great in the center and everything is near. Staff is really nice and helpful. Within hotel is Kalem by Zak restaurant which was fantastic food. Also spa center is really nice.

Our room was not fully finished so when we came part of the lights were not working, there was no hot water in kitchen, electricity was not well set up so we had several times in the dat loss of electricity in the room( which was fixed at the end). Also stove was not connected to electricity.In addition facilities with hotel were not yet open like children’s playground, restaurant for breakfast etc. Overall hotel will be great once fully open it was just opened too early without ensuring everything is set up properly

Staff is very poorly organized. It seems like almost nobody there ever worked in a hotel. Very poorly managed. It looks like they are not aware that a hotel is not just the building, it's about the staff and customer care. I payed extra for a room with mountain view and got room with warehouse view. Extremely unorganized staff and slow service. Management that behaves as if owners picked some random people or "friend of a friend" type of people that probably think that manager is a role that is doing nothing besides getting a salary. To arrange a breakfast I had to talk to four people there: 1. receptionist — who told us just to go to the restaurant and arrange everything there 2. restaurant hostess who told us that the receptionist was wrong and that we need to go to back up to the reception - which I refused, because it meant I needed to climb back up one floor and discuss with uninformed receptionist about how it should be. 3. Then I asked to talk to the manager and she pointed me towards bartender of all the people and he called the manager and explained situation to him 4. Then the bartender handed me the cell phone and I talked to the manager. Manager then said how we should have booked out breakfast at the reception, but I insisted that the receptionist sent us there and that their staff isn't aware od the procedure. After about two minutes of talk he said he will arrange the breakfast for us (as if it was some achievement) I handed the phone back to the bartender, told him that the manager said we can sit and have a breakfast. He said ok. Then I asked him if they had a buffet style breakfast or something else and he told me he has no idea and that he only cares about the bar. This could be a comical situation, knowing that the restaurant is just 2 meters away from the bar, but it is not so funny when you pay hefty amount hoping for a relaxing weekend and then end up not getting timely (or any) service because of unorganized bunch.

Ekstra sve osim kreveta i dušeka. Za ovakav hotel to mora biti top top top

Sve je bilo dobro, hrana , piće , lokacija od centra . Veoma topao hotel.... za preporuku.

Jastuci i kreveti za ovakav hotel ne priliče. Generalni menađžer da skokne malo do Granda da odspava dan dva da vidi šta su dušeci i jastuci. Svako jutro žena i ja smo se budili ukočeni. Neverovatno kakav ste hotel , a na ovu sitnicu da padnete. Što pre zameniti dušeke i jastuke!!!!!!
