This was an ideal hotel for our first trip to Porto and we will definately return and will certainly pick the same hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms rennovated relatively recently, all the staff (especially cleaning and front desk staff) were polite and helpful. The hotel is good value for money and is exeptionally well-situated in a relatively quiet corner of the town just outside the city center (but easy walking distance), also easy walking distance to Super Bock Arena (in case you are here for a concert).
Breakfast was problematic given the number of people that were staying at the same time and attending a work conference. Two of the three days we stayed, there was not enough seating, tables (once available) were not cleaned and had to wait for more food to be put out, or it was cold (eggs) by the time we could get to them. I am not sure that putting the eggs right next to the coffee makers is a good idea as these were clearly the two most popular items and there was always a crowd around this area. Maybe try to separate the two. Also, maybe try to adive guests in advance when the least crowded times are.

It’s absolutely brilliant quite close to city centre room was more spacious and tidy.
Breakfast is lovely as well.

Good 3 star hotel outside the city. It is a solid 30 min walk to the old town. Easily accessible via taxi. Beds were a bit small. The bathrooms were good sized..we did not eat at the hotel..but some really nice restaurants close by..including a cool bakery.
Location is a bit far out from old town..but a an easy 6 euro ride each way
