Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, pleasant staff.
We were in an annexe to the hotel so wifi was intermittent - only a wee bit inconvenient for a work trip. The light above the bathroom mirror wasn’t working and there was no bulb replacement in the couple of days we were staying. Small detail but not enough light to get ready by!

The staff were brilliant especially cleaning and breakfast staff nothing a problem
Our room was fab really big and spacious but our sisters was small and compact. Would definitely need the big room. Place was really warm needed our windows open all the time

Dinner. The food and service were good.
Had to miss breakfast on my last morning as timing was changed to an hour later, without warning me (I learned this from other guests). Ten minutes before new start time no staff were around and no preparations had even been started.
Lock on my bedroom door door was very awkward to lock/unlock, even after I acquired the knack of using it. THe room itself was quite dreary.
