It’s ok, if you don’t mind a little drive to Yosemite. Property management could do better.

Hi. Our stay at It's Cabin Time in Groveland, CA was less than ideal. It was dishonest of the owner to conceal the fact that we would have to pay a $46 gate fee to enter the area - and to inform us only AFTER we had paid a non-refundable booking fee. Also, the advertised amenities included a fireplace with firewood, but when we arrived, the fireplace was taped shut and a sign requested that guests not use it. The toilet in one bathroom did not work because very inexpensive fixtures had been used in the tank and had not been checked or maintained properly. The cleaning service had left two windows wide open with the result that the cabin was very cold when we arrived and it took some time to warm it up using the central heating. Also, the game room in the garage - although not a necessity - was so poorly furnished as to hardly qualify as a game room. What's more, the wooden bedframe in one bedroom overhung the people sleeping below, with the result that anyone who woke up or stood up without thinking could wind up with a bad bruise to the forehead. The overall impression was that the owner made the absolute minimum investment in the property in order to recoup his expenditure as quickly as possible, even if the guests left unsatisfied. Although the cabin itself is pleasant and the neighborhood is very good, the attitude of the owner and of Vacasa, the company managing this property, came across as somewhat indifferent. (The exception was Heather, the local Vacasa employee responsible for maintenance, who did her best to help us.) This is not a property I would recommend to others.

it was a pleasant stay and was perfect stay not too far from Yosemite Park Entrance.

I did not liked the parking fee collection as well as the entrance hassle to the Pine Mountain Lake .

I am not happy and expecting credit for permit, food I lost and time during the power outage.

enough utensils and supplies for cooking, good amount of bed and bath accessories, bathrooms are clean.

First, it was not mention there is $40 fee for a permit to get into the community. Second, there is only one entrance and it was not mention in the description. There was power outage for about 5 hours early morning and the generator was not working which delayed our plan. There were lot of Ants in the kitchen which needs to be taken care. We were not able to use the food we got to cook. There is only one 32 inch TV in the big living room which is not enough for 3 BRs unit.
