A well appointed comfortable apartment on Sandgate Esplanade. Great seaviews and bus stops right outside the door. Good location for accessing Kent south coast and Canterbury.
Would highly recommend......only downside would be the number of stairs to access the apartment and internal stairs to access living area and bedrooms. Not a problem for fit and healthy!!

Approach to apartment has broken stones on stairs.
Tatty , dirty carpet up to the apartment door .
Shower in top floor bathroom needs work.
