Nice Apartment near Marina

The apartment has been renovated and is in good condition. Nice outdoor balcony with kitchen and its a nice view. Swimming pool is good. Overall I recommend the apartment.

No hot water, it only got a bit warm. No large knife, no wine glasses. The complex is getting a little rundown and old from the outside.

Très bon emplacement. Les hôtes ont été très gentils en nous autorisant à accéder à l’appartement plus tôt que l’heure prévue.

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Les draps et les serviettes ne sentent pas bons. Quand on rentre dans l’appartement, il y a une odeur d’humidité et de renfermé. Mon bébé de 15 mois a marché par terre 30 min, et ses pieds étaient noirs. Le lit parapluie était sale et n’avait même pas de matelas. La literie était peu confortable. Nous n’étions vraiment pas à l’aise dans l’appartement

nous avons aimé la grandeur de l’appartement, son emplacement dans les hauteurs de la Marina, la piscine à proximité.

nous n’avons pas eu d eau chaude et de pression la 1ere journée. Sinon RAS

Résidence vieillissante Pas de transats autour de la piscine Manquait des ustensiles cuisine : pas d’ouvre bouteille , pas de torchon , pas de verres à vin. Trop peu de ramequins apéro Et pas de bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée ça aurait été apprécié

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Aussicht. Die Lage war relativ gut. Die Größe der Wohnung.

Das Apartment war auch mit Navi kaum zu finden. Erst nach mehrfachen Telefonaten mit der Kontaktnummer haben wir erfahren, dass das Apartment über ein Hotel und nur über dieses Hotel zugänglich ist. War in der Nacht eine echte Herausforderung. Zum Glück sprach einer von uns Französisch so konnten wir uns durchfragen. Der Balkon hat die integrierte Küchenzeille, dort gibt es eine in etwa 2 cm hohe Stufe vor der Küche, welche durch den gleichen Bodenbelag nicht zu sehen ist. Sollte markiert weden ist echte eine Verletzungsgefahr und war mehrmals sehr schmerzhaft dagegen zu stoßen. Poolarea ist groß aber nicht gepflegt. Alle Liegen sind vollkommen durchgessen oder kaputt. Wasser wurde in der Nacht immer abgeschaltet. Duschen konnte man Spätabends nicht mehr. Trotzdem würde ich das Preis/ Leistungverhältnis als gut bezeichenen, da Guardelupe wirklich Hochpreisig ist.
