Location sans service petit déjeuner.. J'ai apprécié de trouver une bouteille d'eau potable au réfrigérateur, mais aussi de l'eau non potable en cas de coupure.. plaisante attention.. Résidence calme et sécurisée (portail +code).. Bonne communication du propriétaire sur les codes (portail, WiFi, boîte à clé, photos de l'itinéraire..), téléphone d'un proche en cas d'urgence..

Utilisé en janvier, hôte correspond par whatsapp rapidement, logement correspond aux photos, spacieux, avec tout le confort. Propre et confortable.
Chaine tél à revoir, car ne fonctionne 1 fois sur 2. Seul benole et pas la moindre, le ballon reserve d'eau dans la salle de bain qui ronronne vers 23h00 et 4h00 du matin. Quand des personnes utilise l'eau, il ce déclenche et on a droit a un remplisage pendants 1 minute, si vous avez le sommeil leger, reveille garanti. J'avais prévenu l'hôte qui aller regarder ou modifier cela.

Parties communes très vétustes. Coupures d eau tous les 2 jours mais le propriétaire n y est pour rien.
