Ideal location for skiing

Very convenient location and good communication and assistance by the hosts. Beds were very comfortable and amenities in the apartment were good (i.e. washing machine, freezer, microwave)

Little seating area when the one couch was used as a bed. The toilet room is small and has little/no ventilation.

Well set up, ski storage under the flat, warm and quiet, free parking, excellent communication from the owner

Was a bit of a walk to the gondola in ski boots although it was flat, just up and round the river. Would be a bit tight for 6 adults but was perfect for us

Tres bon séjour, place de parking direct c'est super.

L'emplacement est super ! La disposition des chambres c'est top. Un bon chauffage!

Manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine (pas assez de tasses, pas de ciseaux, pas de petites cuillères), un porte manteau a l'entrée qui ne tient pas au mur. Ainsi que le porte rouleau a papier toilette.

O apartamento não estava limpo e tinha um cheiro desagradável. A casa de banho não estava desinfetada, cheirava a urina. O autoclismo não funciona devidamente e a bicha do chuveiro está danificada. As almofadas disponibilizadas estavam sujas e tinham um cheiro desagradável.

Cela manque une peu de cocooning tant dans la Residence que dans l’appartement Un peu étonnés en arrivant du bord de route mais ça ne s’entend pas Le petit salon en haut ne permet pas de se poser tous ensemble mais cela peut se faire autour de la grande table

Sejour de 3 jours sans aucun souci au niveau de l'appartement

Facile d'acces , parking. Appartement volumineux . Deux chambres independantes. Proximité remontée mécanique . Appartement tres bien équipé Lave linge , Lave vaisselle , refrigerateur congelateur, Tres bien équipé pour cuisiner. Tres bien chauffé. Tres propre.

Fijn appartement op loopafstand van de skilift.

Het is een relatief ruim appartement, ideaal om met 4 personen een week te verblijven. Fijn dat er een raclettestel was; we hebben het 2 keer gebruikt. Parking is aan het appartement. Briançon is geen kunstmatige stad, ontstaan door het skitoetisme; je vindt er al et nodige aan normale prijzen.

De bedden zijn stilaan aan vervanging toe. Er is geen echte bergplaats voor ski's (wel een kelder); ook geen plaats waar je skischoenen kan aan doen.

Ottima esperienza

Bella casa, ampia confortevole e ben attrezzata. Ottima posizione, funivia a 5 minuti a piedi in centro al paese nuovo e a 5 min di macchina dal paese storico. Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile e generoso di spiegazioni, che hanno reso molto facile l’utilizzo della casa. Non direttamente legata alla casa la considerazione sul comprensorio sciistico: vale la pena.
