The location, the convenience and the beach. The view from the roof garden is superb but maybe a little wild when the wind whips up. The area is fairly remote and the facilities are quite basic but what is not to like.
The check-out time of 9am is ridiculous and unfair to guests.

Famara is the best spot in the island and this house is licated in the nicest spot. The rooftop is a dream and the house is massive. I would definitely come back to this place even thought a little things werent perfect.

The mattresses arent great, the wifi doesnt reach the whole house so in half of the rooms there is not signal. We got only two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people and 6 days. I imagine this was just a mistake. And maybe I would suggest they give you towels for the beach? You dont want to pack a beach towel on these days bag resttrictions. Apart from that. All good!
