Apartamento céntrico 5 habitaciones - 204 m2 a 300 m de la playa

The apartment is large and super clean. The location is great for going out to restaurants or to the beach. The host was super attentive and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you are likely to need. Also Vinaròs was a nice not very touristy town with nice beaches and many good restaurants. Just a few km north of town there is a beautiful nature are with beach coves. The price level when going out also seemed to be a bit lower than other more touristic parts of Spain.

The property is listed as having air conditioning, and it is correct, but the air conditioning is only in the living room. Seeing that the apartment is so large the rooms can get quite hot. Fortunately the ceiling fans worked well so it was less of an issue than we thought it would be. It was 31-32 deg C during the days we were there.

La amplitud del apartamento, la ubicación, el anfitrión siempre atento y disponible para solucionar cualquier incidente, y recomendarnos sitios a donde ir .La comodidad de las camas.El piso está perfectamente adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida.Aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones.( Algún día fue muy caluroso y se hubiera agradecido más aire acondicionado).La playa buenísima, el mar tranquilo y siempre había sitio en primera línea, y está muy cerca, el camino hacia ella es muy agradable.Y el pueblo un gran descubrimiento, bonito y sin masificaciones.

Para acceder a la vivienda había que subir unas cuantas escaleras para tomar el ascensor.Fue un poco complicado para nosotros porque mis padres ( ancianos) iban con carrito, y siempre teníamos que ayudarles a subir y bajar, no pudieron ser autónomos en ese sentido.
