Ático-dúplex geniales vistas al mar

The place was fantastic. The handover of the keys with Elisabet went very smoothly, and the duplex itself was excellent. The air conditioning on both floors worked perfectly, and most of the essential cutlery for a short stay was available (though a pair of kitchen scissors might be a useful addition). All the bedding and towels were clean and in good condition. The duplex is located in a quiet area and, apart from the nearby fireworks during the local celebrations in Benicarló, there were no noise issues. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property included two underground parking spaces, as we had expected to park on the street. The swimming pool was never crowded during opening hours, and the walking distance to various beaches was ideal. A big thank you also to Estel·la for promptly resolving all our questions before and during the stay.

The only criticism I would mention is that the sliding doors on the balconies didn’t lock properly. We preferred to lower the blinds completely when we were out or at night—not because the area felt unsafe, but simply because it made us feel more comfortable.

A lovely location. Fabulous views and near town. Spacious for two people.

Could have been cleaner and some facilities didn’t work as well as they should.

Estaba todo correcto, por decir algo la limpieza no muy buena.

The host was so amenable, we didn't end up getting to the property later than we thought but the host made no issue of this and made everything so much easier by accepting our late check in.
