Hotel Bestseller

I was recovering from surgery, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Several times a day, they helped keep my ice packs frozen, always without hesitation. Their care and attentiveness played a big role in my recovery and made the entire process much more comfortable.🫶🏼 I lived abroad for about 10 years, so I’m a bit bored of the usual international breakfasts.I was so happy to see Hungarian products and flavors at the buffet. I loved the breakfast so much, 🫶🏼 Also, one morning I got there pretty late, just before the buffet was closing. The chef lady was making fried eggs and she still asked if I wanted some too, which was such a nice gesture. It really made my day. Overall, I’m really, really happy with the service I got during my stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff. They were incredibly helpful 24/7 2-3-4 AM , 11-12 PM …whenever I needed assistance, they were always there. So honestly, kudos to you guys. I visit kecskemét quite often, and there’s a very good chance my next stay will be at your hotel again. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The last night some guest were watching foodball in the restaurant/ lobby area right in front of my room , they were pretty noisy. But everything else was perfect

Location was a sweet local area, lots of shops, take aways around, a few restaurants and a parking space on the road but for the hotel. Beautiful and new hotel with a sauna and jacuzzi, nice breakfast, nice size room and bathroom, friendly staff.

I felt a little hot in the room, not sure why, but good if it's cold outside or if you like warm sleeps. I did check with the reception and they were kind enough to check and said the heating was off. There was an a/c unit but I did not want to put in on.

Very close to highway, clean hotel in a calm neighbourhood. Private parking is available.

The mattress of the bed was not comfortable at all.

Quite modern, nice chill lounge areas outside and has an indoor spa area too. Very calm part of the city, lots of houses in the neighbourhood but not much is happening there.

Our room was full of many small mistakes: no hanger in the bathroom - you have to store the towels on top of the door or lying next to the sink. The front door opens into the bathroom door so you have to watch out not to hit it. Worst part was the soundproofing, we heard everything what the family was doing next to us and someone was even vacuum cleaning at 7AM. Breakfast was also very basic.
