Disappointing

Close to the centre. Patio and nice garden. Catherine was very nice.

Situated next to a main road. The apartment was smaller than expected- small bedroom, normal size double bed. No wardrobe or drawer space. No space for bedside drawers- would be very crowded if four people shared. Nasty smell from bathroom drain. No air conditioning. We had to ask for a fan as it was very hot.

Horrible. 60 minutes on site and never got into a room

Nothing. The location was awful. Chateau Thierry has become a depressed and cheesy dying town. Motorcyclists were racing in front of the building at 1:30 am the entire 60 minutes I tried to find my room key. It was hidden in one of four picture frames on the wall in the room by the front door! Nothing was said about this so I never thought it would be HANGING ON A WALL BEHIND A PICTURE! Calls to the owner went to a voicemail in French which I do not speak! The police would not respond to help telling me the property was not even in Chateau Thierry. The circular stairs to the floor for my room have split and rotting wood. In the dark someone is sure to have an accident. A total rip off. I made the reservation the afternoon of my arrival hoping to arrive by ten pm. Because of a bad French train connection out of BruxellesI arrived at 11:55. The attitude of the owner about the 100+ Euros I PREPAID was c’est la vie! Skip this place. I gave it a 1 because I felt a zero required me to have seen the room and I never got in. I was rescued by two young French guys who drove me to Residence Clairbois in Fere-en-Tardenois, a truly marvelous and beautiful French country Hotel. They rate a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful apartment with thoughtful touches

Amazing apartment, great location, lots of space and loved the special touch of the key boxes (won’t ruin it!) we did have an issue with a noisy door in the room opposite and the host came out at 11pm to fix it, which was very kind! Very much recommend

Wonderful little flat, small but perfectly formed. Everything you need for a short stay. Attention to details, recently refurbished. Windows on to a garden. We felt v safe.

I go to Chateau Thierry almost every year at the same time and from now on this is where I’ll stay.

Location was perfect. Just a few steps from everything, yet secluded and quiet. Best bathroom I’ve ever used in France. Could’ve stood in that amazing shower for a very long time.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft in City-Nähe

Auf der Durchreise zur Bretagne haben wir eine Nacht dort verbracht und waren angetan von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Vor allem der großzügige Duschraum und die ausgezeichneten Betten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt in City-Nähe. Kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Très joli logement bien équipé et décoré. J’ai adoré la table à manger face au velux, on prend le petit dej avec les oiseaux le matin 😌

Peut être prévoir un boudin de porte pour calfeutrer l’écart sous la porte d’entrée ? Sinon parfait !
