Apartamento luminoso, funcional y amplio en zona hospitalaria

Un emplacement à 30 mn à pied ou moins en bus du centre ville Une vie de quartier tranquille, pleine de commerce pour passer un sejour au plus pres de la vie de tous les jours à Pampelone. Un appartement neuf ou fraichement rénové. Une.résidence tranquille. Un propriétaire qui a assumé de payer le stationnement au pied de la residence étant donné que dans notre location le parking privé était inclus UN IMMENSE MERCI A ANDRÈS D'UNIBOOKING QUI SU NOUS AIDER A GERER LE PROBLEME DE STATIONNEMENT, NOUS DONNER PLEIN DE BONS PLANS ET POUR SA BIENVEILLANCE. 🙏🙏

1/ Avoir été obligé de contacter 4 fois en 4 jours le numero du propriétaire noté sur Booking avant notre arrivée pour avoir les details de remise de clefs (sms, whattapp, telephone, mail), pour apprendre au final que le logement est géré par une conciergerie externe (unibooking) 2/ Entendre du bruit dans l'appartement le.premier matin et tomber nez a nez sur une personne du Service "qualité" de cette conciergerie qui vient verifier l'appartement 3/ Silence radio du service client de.booking pour nous aider. Injoignables par telephone quand on n'avait aucune.nouvelle du proprio. Nous avons meme failli annuler, craignant une arnaque au logement. leur seule réponse "on transmet votre demande" En faitTn tant que ca roule, tout baigne avec Booking. Par contre le jour où il y a un probleme..je crains le pire ayant appris que booking se decharge de toute responsabilité en tant qu'intermédiaire de mise en relation.

Mucho calor, pero viajamos en verano

Spacious, well equipped, secure, easy walk to large supermarket, lots of tavernas etc nearby. Address was different to one in Booking,com, but apartment marched the photos. We had a car, so no idea about public transport. Parking was ok but I would not like to have been driving a large car (fair bit of evidence of pillars being scraped (we had an Ibiza). That said, there were larger cars that parked near us.

Communication was good, but handover could have been better. We were met in the street outside the apartment and passed the keys (All street parking was occupied). Instructions were rushed and the greeter had limited English (that said, it was much better than our Spanish). there was a lift from the garage, but accessing it was not obvious (enter door near car parking place, use key to open door on right to access lift). Found Wifi password by checking the back of the modem. (It would have been a lot easier if the manager could have sent the instructions earlier by email or WhatsApp.)
