Сподобалось все, квартира відповідає повністю опису. Зручне розташування, та по при те, що на вулиці була надзвичайна жара в квартирі було прохолодно та комфортно.

Чистота, замініть будь ласка комплект білизни, бо напевно хтось до цього відпочивав з домашніми тваринами

Розташування, чистота.
Трохи є неприємний запах стоків у туалетній кімнаті, але це типово для перших поверхів подібних будинків. Несуттєвий мінус до загального гарного враження від помешкання.

Розташування чудове, меблі хороші, квартира обладнана всім потрібним.
Було дуже холодно, враження наче не було опалення. Гаряча вода працювала з перебоями, відповідно, гарячий душ не рятував бо його майже не було. Не вистачило ще одного рушника для рук.
