猫のいる宿Happy Island Miyako-CatFriendlyGuesthouse

最初に目にはいる建物の外観がとてもカラフルで、見てるだけでHappyな気持ちになります🌈✨️ リビングが"ゆんたくルーム"になっていて、オーナーはもちろん、他のゲストの方々と晩ご飯を食べながら交流できる所がとても楽しかったです！😆個人的にバナナがフリーで食べられたのもめっちゃ嬉しかったです(笑)🍌 また、スキューバダイビングなどのツアーもされていて、私はウミガメを見るツアーで5匹も見れて大満足でした！！𓆉‎𓂃◌𓈒 あと、黒猫のHappyちゃんとヤギのユキちゃんに癒されました🐈‍⬛🐐🌿

洗いたい時に使用出来る洗濯機や、ハンモックがある広いベランダに干せるスペースもあり、調理道具やお皿、箸などもあるので、近くのスーパーや道の駅で買ったものを食べたりする事も出来ます。大きい冷蔵庫もあるのもありがたいです。 ゲストハウスの近くにお土産や衣料品もある大きなスーパーもあるし、市街地にも行き来しやすかったです。 人懐っこい猫のハッピーくんやヤギのゆきちゃんも最高に癒され可愛いかったです。 宿主さまのマックスさんやヘルパーさまのお姉さんも優しく土地勘のない私たちに色々と教えてくださり、楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。

This was a great experience. It was my first time at a guesthouse, but it was comfortable and fun. If you know what you’re getting into, I think this place will be an amazing stay, the owner Max was very fun to talk to, and the cat Happy is very cute. On the first night Max bought some tuna that was caught that morning and served it to us, and I ate a lot of frozen bananas he had. Max had good recommendations for places to go, where to rent a bike, etc. it’s clear he is very knowledgeable about Miyakojima. I was lucky that the other people staying at the time were also very pleasant. If you like guesthouses or hostels and are in Miyakojima you should definitely stay here! Max doesn’t really speak English, but so many people from all countries have stayed here as you can tell by the wall of messages present, so I think it hasn’t been an issue. I speak Japanese so I just used Japanese.

If I was forced to say something, maybe I should have just asked for a sheet, but the bed was a little… scratchy? I just put the blanket under me since it was hot enough that I didn’t want to use it and it was perfectly fine. This is honestly splitting hairs though, the place is amazing.

Everything. Happy Island Miyako is THE BEST PLACE EVER. Despite how beautiful and cute is it, colourful and magical, this guest house is the best one I’ve even been so far. Max, thank you so much, you have a great place. It is cozy, clean and practical. The rooms have everything you need, there are plenty of common amenities in both kitchen and bathroom. We were unlucky to enjoy surfing or any other beach activity, but we had the best night with Max, Happy and two lovely guests. I would always recommend this place and, for sure, I will come back. Happy, you are the sweetest boy, the super host!! He woke us up so we could start enjoying this beautiful island, he is the best 😸😸

Short stay, I will stay longer next time!!
