One of the property's standout features was its proximity to the stunning Black Sea. Just a short 250-meter walk away, they were able to easily access the beautiful shoreline whenever they wanted. The convenience of having the sea so close allowed them to take leisurely strolls along the coast and take in the breathtaking views.
