The location of the apartment is placed very close to the beach and the distance is only 2 minutes far from the flat.
The contact with the owner was excellent and we received directions how achieve the location.
The apartment was cleaned and equipped with a kitchen dishes. There is also swimming pool available anytime.

Very clean.
Cons: NOT beach front like advertised! The view is of a building under construction and its future front yard:parking lot that os currently a disgusting mud pond filled with trash and frogs.
Even after the construction will be over this property will NEVER be a beach front since it is located several blocks away from the beach and it is surrounded by tall buildings. Please check the pictures i will upload to validate my review.
Also there is no beach that belongs to this building. You will have to pay for shade with beach chairs)
Overall, in my opinion it is not worth it $100 per night since is not beach front like advertised. I was ready to pay more for what i was looking for. Construction on site starts very early (6-7 am) and the noise was terrible. Very disappointed.
Pros: Very clean studio exactly like pictured. Kitchen fully equipped and the owner was friendly and accommodated my request of early check in.
