House Old Town Trogir

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony i nowoczesny apartament (a właściwie mały dom wakacyjny - gdzie nikt za ścianą nie hałasuje). Darmowe miejsce parkingowe. Położenie 10 min od centrum Starego Miasta w Trogir. W okolicy piekarnia, sklepy.

Wąskie uliczki dojazdowe - trzeba uważać na inne samochody.

Very nice little separate house, well equipped kitchen. Very good parking inside the premises, just a few steps from the front door. We also liked the private terrace with table and chairs. A super location, just a few minutes walking to the old town of Trogir! Bakery even closer. Another advantage is that you can take the boat, Bura Line, to Split and back, avoiding traffic and parking problems!!! This was suggested by Ivan, the perfect host who received us and helped us being comfortable in Trogir. Thanks Ivan !! We would certainly come back here ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The property was in a quiet back street opposite Old Trogir (however, directly under the flight path, see below) on the larger island of Ciovo. It was just a short walk to Old Trogir with it's quaint back streets and many cafes and restaurants. We walked to some of the beaches (about 30 mins, uphill, then downhill) on the other side of the island. Just 4km form the Airport.

The accommodation was just a 2 bedroomed purpose-built building in the garden and courtyard where the cars are parked. It was much smaller than we expected from the photos and description. The bedroom was comfortable, but we needed to use the sofa bed which was in the kitchen. This was small and very uncomfortable and took up most of the kitchen along with a table and 4 chairs. The large TV was balanced on top of the fridge. The kitchen did however have all you need for a short stay. The main problem though was the noise from the incoming planes. They were so low and therefore very noisy. We were there in September, so presumably the airport was quieter than in the summer. On one occasion we had to stop 3 times during a 30 min phone call as we couldn't be heard. They do however reduce in the evening and finally stop around 11pm, then start up again soon after 6.30am. Some of the pictures on the Booking.com site do NOT relate to this property. It's on a back street about 100m or so from the water, so there is definitely no sea view as seen in some of the photos.
