The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and terrace.

On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the 2nd floor and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Kitchen in the living room with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
2nd floor: Living room with dinette and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Trogir. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm, enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property. !IMPORTANT! The parking space must be reserved in advance.
