Nice place to stay if you visit Premantura. Everything was new and clean. If we will come back we will consider for sure

Great stay in center of Premantura

The room was great, big and spacious, new and clean, and it had everything you need. We were here in summer and since we had a room downstairs it was nice and cool. All the restaurants etc are literally a 1 minute walk and we walked to multiple beautiful beaches too. Would definitely return!

Perfect room in the center

It is in the center of the village but quiet. Ordering a breakfast is not possible but a bakery is in 2 min walk so every morning you can buy fresh food. We could fond good restaurants as well arond the accomodation. The owner has one as well next to the rooms that was good too. We were walking to Kamenjak, the entrance you can reach in 5-10 minutes walk. By bike it is a perfect starting point.

Relaxing, perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect, the room was exactly as in the pictures, extremely clean. We had clean towels and cleaning service every day. The mini fridge was a life saver. Also the coffee maker was brilliant, we had coffee pods replaced every day. After check in we were provided with a phone number for reception in case we needed anything at any time during our stay. I would recommend Fra&Kat with all my heart to everyone who wants a worry free vacation.

Comfy and modern rooms in the center of Premantura

The best feature is the location, right in the center of Premantura town, but not really on the main street: you have all the services (bakeries, groceries, ATMs, restaurants, bike rentals...) and can still enjoy a quiet place and a restful night. The room itself is really nice, modern and comfy, very spacious, with a big bathroom. Speaking of services, it has a mini-fridge, a water boiler with tea set and a fantastic coffee machine with a good selection of capsules. Our room was on the ground floor so it had no terrace (unlike the rooms on the upper floors), but it still had a big, private space on the outside, accessible from the room and from the street via a small gate, where we enjoyed breakfast on the small garden table and dried our wet beach clothes. Even if it hadn't the "privacy" of a terrace (everybody could peek from the street), it was super useful because we could move our rented bikes in it via the gate and park them for the night.

Check-in and check-out are a little difficult since the building where the rooms are located has no reception; you need to go to the restaurant (managed by the same owners of the rooms, 20 meters away) and hope there's somebody to speak with. Anyway, it doesn't take much time and you can always send them SMS for any need. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom with a big glass wall. It's very scenic and modern, but it's... transparent, you know :D Some people may just feel uncomfortable to use the bathroom while others are in the bedroom.

feel at home, away from home.

I loved this nice and cozy accommodation. The room is very elegantly furnished and very clean. The colors match very well and I had an oceanview balcony, which was amazing. Katja and her team were ever so friendly and welcoming. If you love fish and great Istrian food, this is the place to go to, the restaurant will be an u forgettable experience. See you again, I was more than happy to be your guest👍.

Nothing, just a suggestion. Considering it’s a seaside location a daily room cleaning service should be offered. I personally would have paid a fair surcharge to have the room cleaned and restored everyday

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Es war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es wäre hilfreich für künftige Gäste, zu informieren, dass man sich zum Check-in kurz melden sollte bzw. Anrufen sollte, da es den Anschein macht, man könne in die Unterkunft rein. Dennoch: absolute Empfehlung!

Letto comodo, stanza spaziosa e funzionale, dotata di aria condizionata. Terrazza carina che permette anche di stendere le cose ad asciugare. Pulizie tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani.

Manca una tenda per oscurare la finestra del bagno dalla quale entra luce la mattina.

Alles!! Die Zimmer waren einfach perfekt! Sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war genau wie beschrieben – bequeme Betten, modernes Bad und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch die Lage des Hauses war super, und der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Ottima scoperta nel centro di premantura

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel di recente costruzione nel cuore di Premantura, in Croazia, e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla cura e dalla pulizia della struttura. La posizione è ottima, con un ristorante di famiglia nelle vicinanze che offre deliziosi piatti a base di pesce. Gli alloggi sono estremamente confortevoli e tranquilli, e abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di una TV di nuova generazione con Netflix, perfetta per rilassarsi la sera. Non abbiamo assegnato il pieno punteggio per alcune pecche; In generale, però, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva e consigliamo senz’altro questo hotel per chi desidera un soggiorno nel centro di Premantura

la vetratura del bagno è completamente trasparente, rendendo la stanza più adatta a una coppia piuttosto che a famiglie o amici. Inoltre, un freezer sarebbe stato molto utile per conservare il ghiaccio, e il frigorifero in dotazione non raffreddava a sufficienza le bevande. Anche le cialde del caffè erano leggermente fuori misura per la macchina a disposizione.
