La gentilezza e le accurate informazioni di Andreas e Maura, due persone davvero perbene.
La casa nuova e pulita, immersa nel verde, con un bel terrazzo, da cui si può ammirare una bellissima veduta di Lefkas.Il centro in cui si trova la struttura, Katouna, è un piccolissimo borgo con una trattoria tipica dove si mangia benissimo e un caffè . È in alto rispetto a Lefkas e quindi si sta più al fresco. Per chi ama la tranquillità.
Il bagno può risultare scomodo in quanto un po' piccolo e dotato di vasca anziché box doccia.
Per alcuni il posto potrebbe apparire fuori mano, ma in realtà con 5 minuti di auto si è giu e ci sono tutti i negozi e i servizi disponibili

The owners of the property were very friendly and they explained and showed us everything about the house and the local area. The house was more than our expectations! New, clean, with an amazing view and so peacefull.
The accomondation was exactly as in the descreption. We had great time and the village is a wonderfull place for a night walk and have a dinner in the two tavernas. It will be sure our destination and stay next time in Lefkada!

The house has a nice architecture, built quality and decorations.
In the small village there’s a super restaurant, a true gem.
2 separate gates for car access can easily accomodate 2 cars
there are 2 floors in the house, if you only get one
better pray for quiet neighbors with similar program.

We really appreaciated the view of the golf from the very large terrace and the silence around. The appartament has really everything you can think of!
The hosts were very hospitable.
All in all, very good value for the money!
