Prima cosa la pulizia, poi ha buon climatizzatore, in cucina ha tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e in più ha anche la lavatrice.
La parete che si affaccia alla strada non ostante avesse il doppio vetro , al mattino si sente il traffico.

Estudio pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia. Muy cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios. Perfectamente equipado, privado, muy limpio y bien aislado aunque esté en una avenida principal. La anfitriona, Elena, un encanto en el trato y muy resolutiva para atender cualquier petición. Por todo esto, aunque no sea un sitio de lujo, se merece la máxima puntuación.

Very cosy studio flat close to beach, restaurants and beach shops
Could benefit from a little face lift, only one bath towel and hand towel, one dish cloth, bathroom although was functional like the rest of the apartment could do with a bit of paint and updating, the flat was also a good walk from Torremolinos main town which was where we wanted to go most nights

Excelente ubicación, a pocos metros de la playa y cerca de un supermercado Aldi. En febrero, además, es fácil aparcar allí. Cama cómoda, calefacción, cocina completa (tostadora, cafetera de cápsulas....). Ducha con estupenda agua caliente. La chica que me recibió fue super amable, simpática y preocupándose en todo momento por mi estancia.
Hay algo de ruido de la calle por las mañanas, pero no supone mucha molestia.
