Die Lage ist super, 50 Meter zum Einkaufen, 50 Meter zum Bus, 50 Meter zum Strand, 50 Meter zu den Restaurants

Der Küchenabzug des unter der Wohnung liegenden Restaurants lief in entsprechenden Lautstärke. Er lief von morgens 11 Uhr bis abends 23 Uhr. Das war auf der Terasse sehr störend. Die Terrasse an sich ist groß und super.

La posizione e la tranquillità

Es gab mehrere Cafés zum frühstücken, nur 100m bis zum Strand.

Eine Absauganlage neben der Dachterrasse ist nicht so ideal.

We arrived at the agreed date and time, no one was around so we called the contact number, to be calmly informed, "yes, she will come with the key at 14:00 tomorrow". Tomorrow???!! After the initial shock it was clear they had mixed up the dates. Someone did arrive with the key ten minutes later, but the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous occupants so we had to drop off our luggage, but then go away and come back later. Not the best start. The large Terrace with views had been the main attraction Unfortunately it was very disappointing, as the two industrial sized extractor chimneys from the restaurant below are positioned immediately adjacent and directed straight at your terrace. They make a tremendous noise and send out fumes and smells of food and oil from 11:00 to 23:00. The smell lingers, but it is at least quiet for breakfast. The rest of the time, not only can you not use the terrace, but you can't even have the windows open because of the noise and the smell.
