Cheerful and practical 2 bedroom apartment by the sea. Located in the center of Playa San Juan just a few steps from the beach and the promenade. It is ideal to relax and to enjoy the sea and beautiful walks in the sun.
The apartment has two bedrooms. With capacity for 3 people and with the possibility of adding a cot and high chair if necessary. It is fully equipped. Very practical and comfortable for a family or a group of friends.
It has a very bright living room with a balcony and views of the sea. Fully equipped American kitchen. Newly renovated and modern bathroom. Small utility room with washing machine and drying area.
WIFI available during the stay.
The area has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and everything you need just a few steps away. The beach is very close and has all the services, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
There is also a playground on the promenade for the little ones.

The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it.
Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services etc. Just general knowledge of the local area would’ve been useful
