The overall conditions are OK.

The apartment has a pleasant appearance and is generally well presented, but there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest disappointment was the mattress in the bedroom. It was extremely uncomfortable, felt very old, and you could clearly feel the springs. It seemed to have little or no cushioning foam, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. When we arrived, we noticed there were very few pieces of cutlery available. Later, we realised that additional cutlery had been left inside the dishwasher, which had not been emptied before our arrival. We were also surprised that there were no recycling bins, either inside the apartment or anywhere in the condominium, making it impossible to separate waste for recycling. Another issue was the large glass entrance door, which had no blackout curtain or blind. As a result, daylight entered the living room very early in the morning, disturbing the sleep of our children, who were sleeping on the sofa bed. In addition, the blackout blinds on the windows were not very effective at blocking outside light. With a few improvements, particularly replacing the mattress, providing proper recycling facilities, and improving the blackout solutions, this accommodation would offer a much more comfortable experience.
