Bright 220 m2 house located 8 km from Vila Verde, 30 km from Braga and 60 km from Porto. 40 mins from the ocean
A rural atmosphere ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Fully fenced, closed by electric gate, 3 car parking, with unprotected swimming pool (1-1. 50 m), children's swings, covered barbecue with tables and chairs.
This pleasant house has 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite (double bed) with bathroom (wc, bath), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed). A second bathroom equipped with a toilet and a shower. Many closets and storage.
A 3rd independent toilet with hand basin.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas hob ...), living room. All the rooms open onto the outside with bay windows.
A laundromat with washing machine.
The simple, friendly, warm decoration will allow you to enjoy the calm of nature and all the comforts.
Animals are accepted.
Bed linen provided and cleaning possible.

The house was great, we just missed an airconditioning Since we stayer in the house in really hot temperatures.

Everything was excellent, we have all that we need in the house and somethings that we thought we needed to buy, the owner left it for us, detergent for washing machine for example was one of them
I just have 2 things to point out that are very minor.
1 - On Saturday morning a man came to the house to clean the pool, and we should been warn about this in the check-in process. At least so won't be caught by surprise when he entered the premises of the house.
2 - It should be more clear that the garbage is to be left in the street without any dumpster and the truck will pass on some days of the week and pick up. We didn't know and we went searching for a dumpster on the main road without any luck

Would definitely recommend this villa for a great rural getaway up in the hills of Northern Portugal. We travelled with 4 adults and two young children (one infant) and loved the location and quality of the villa. The villa is not totally child friendly so care is needed in particular with the balcony area but there is a stair gate on the spiral staircase in doors. This is very rural location which brings with it peace and quiet whilst only being about 30 mins from nearby Braga. Local property manager was friendly and extremely helpful even without being able to speak English she ensured we had all we needed and communicated well. Overall a great place to stay.
