A praticidade de cozinhar suas próprias refeições no apartamento, e a distancia do supermercado, restaurantes e transporte publico.
O apartamento deveria ser melhor conservado, paredes pintadas, e seria interessante se o proprietario deixasse a disposição um varal de chão para secar as roupas no quarto caso precise lavá-las.
