Elegance B&B

We stayed in two apartments at Elegance B&B, and from the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The apartments are ideally located in the very heart of Naples, with bars, restaurants, shops and everything you could possibly need just a few steps away. Both apartments were exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, elegant and incredibly cosy, the perfect combination of comfort and style. And then there is Mariano, an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and cared for. Before our arrival, Mariano arranged our car reservation for us and provided us with precise directions and all the information we needed to find the apartments easily. The apartments are located on the fourth floor, with a lift, which makes access very convenient. Mariano welcomed us with genuine warmth and personally showed us around the beautifully furnished apartments. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including where all the main sights and attractions were located and how best to reach them. His recommendations and attention to detail made exploring Naples so much easier and more enjoyable. The apartments were thoughtfully stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks and breakfast items, all included in the price. Mariano even asked us what time we would like our breakfast, and at exactly the agreed time, a trolley appeared outside our door filled with freshly baked pastries, still warm and smelling absolutely delicious. It was such a lovely and luxurious touch. What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention throughout our stay. One afternoon, Mariano even sent us a message simply to make sure that everything was going well and that we were enjoying ourselves. These small gestures say so much about the level of hospitality he provides. On the day of our departure, Mariano went one step further. He called the parking facility in advance to have our car prepared, and when we arrived, our car was already waiting.

I would wholeheartedly and warmly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, comfortable and perfectly located stay in Naples

The host was great, met us as planned and showed us everywhere to go for our 24hrs in Napels. Location was easy to find and very clean and tidy. Our host brought us breakfast in the morning which was nice and messaged us through out our stay to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything- he was very kind. Great location for walking around and visiting the different areas for food and shopping. Had a a lift up to the apartment which was great and essential (very old and small but perfectly safe). Couldn't fault it and great value for money

Everything was good and no issues

Extremely responsive host and very accomodating.

Very well located, super clean, and very friendly hosts. Mariano, you are really great!! The breakfast is very tasty! Thank you again!

Thad I would have to leave so quickly again. ..😉
