This was supposed to just be a quick overnight stop during my roadtrip, but it ended up being one of my favorite places I stayed during my two-week adventure! Stella and Gianfranco are wonderful people and made me feel right at home. They are both so warm and welcoming and kind. I felt like I was staying with family. And the rooms are gorgeous. Everything is very clean and modern. I had a room with a balcony and an amazing view and I loved being able to look out and see everything from up above. Breakfast is delicious, parking is free and easy, and the wifi is fast. This experience exceeded all of my expectations and I would definitely return again in the future. Highly recommend!

Very warm welcome host extremely proud of his property as he should be was given tea and coffee and homemade treats made by his wife on arrival something which is very rare now very much appreciated we had a good and very long conversation was easy to talk to this property is AMAZING cannot wait to go back if we could rate higher than 10 we would safe parking for the Harley lovely elegant photo of his mum and dad from the 1950s is displayed for everyone to see beautiful

Nice view of the water from our room. Room was spotlessly clean. All natural products which I appreciate. Plentiful breakfast and friendly hosts.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful and respectful. The room was clean, well appointed, great view of the ocean, it had all the small touches that made it a great convenient stay. They even went out of their way to provide gluten free breakfast for me. It’s a little outside Termoli so you will need a car but this suited us perfectly as it was easy to park and super quiet. We never heard another sound.
