Host not promptly available for guests

Although the Instructions to open the lock to get the keys were good, we could not open the lock, I tried to reach the host in all possible ways i thought, but he was not answering via WhatsApp, booking.com or phone, neither via the Vacedo platform. After 45 min waiting outside on the dark street with our kid, someone finally answered the phone and the problem was we were standing at a different door with a different lock. The building has one name and number, but it has 2 entrances and each one with the same lock system for the keys. How can we know we were at the wrong door? Maybe a picture of the entrance can be added to the Booking gallery, this could help. But the worst was that we were standing midnight in the sark for so long and no one answered our calls for 45 minutes.

A cool single room apartment

This is basically a single room apartment with a loft located on street level. The interior decoration is really cool and has been done with true compact living in mind. It is designed for two, but there were 4 of us. We didn't utilise the kitchen, which I suppose is a bit small for 4 people, but it should work anyway. The place was spotless and really clean. It's right in the city centre and is close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Keeping in touch with the staff was easy. They're really friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom needs updating and felt a little cramped. You had to turn on the boiler switch for hot water, which we missed, so that was really on us to read before using it.

It is close to the airport.

The appartement is confortable for 2 person but it is not setup for 4 persons. It shouldn't be offered for 4, it is too small. It is very hot in summer and the air condition didn't work at the beginning. We spent luckily only 1 night. It is overpriced.

kurzer Weg zum Bunal zum Flughafen wlan war gut

Gegend ( 2-3 Strassen sehr schnutzig) Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Abrissbude sehr laut Badezimmer Substandard sehr schmeichelhafte Fotis. welxhe den Zustand nicht beschreiben wurde früher wahrscheinlich als Gedchäftslokal genutzt, vorne eine Scheibe mit einem mäßig lichtdurchlässigen Vorhang Klimaanlage funktioniert aber sehr laut

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Der Check-In war reibungslos. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, die Wohnung top sauber. Die kleinen Extras, wie Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, Teebeutel und Einzelportionen Kaffee finde ich sehr nett. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist nah und fußläufig erreichbar. Der Service des Unternehmens ist einwandfrei.

Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert, allerdings war die Raumluft sehr trocken. Das hat mich mit anschließendem Flug gesundheitlich umgehauen. Hier könnte noch nachgebessert werden.

Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti!

La struttura si presenta super pulita, comoda e con tutto il necessario ( compreso asciugacapelli ben funzionante con diffusore). I due bagnoschiuma presenti nella doccia erano super profumati! Cucina accessoriata con piano ad induzione.
