The apartment was cute and nicely decorated. There was a bottle of wine waiting (even though we didn't drink it), with some breakfast snacks and water in the fridge. Everything you'd need is there, also beach towels! The location is quite ok, outside of the busy area and a 10-20min to the old town.
The apartment is very noisy and you can hear everybody walk in their apartments and entering the building. There was a horrible smell in the hallway when entering the building (sewage like) which made me nauseous sometimes. Fortunately this was not the case in the apartment itself. No parking in the street itself (just a few available and always full), so if you come by car, take that into account.

Apartamento impecável, renovado, muito limpo, todo material necessário, máquina de café, uma garrafa de vinho 🍷. A anfitriã foi muito simpática, deu indicações.
A localização era excelente, a 5 minutos do centro histórico. No entanto, era um local muito sossegado
O prédio estava um pouco degradado, e a entrada tinha um cheiro desagradável, o condomínio devia tomar atenção à situação

The apartment is quite new and the host communicated with us effectively.
The location is fairly close to the old town and to the airport (there is a direct bus nearby).
No hot water in the morning (meaning we had to take a cold shower) and the toilet had a sewage smell that lasted during our stay.
The apartment is small but was ok for a 1 night-stay before our morning flight on the following day.
