Perfect place for a group holiday

Fabulous Villa, just a few minutes walk from the harbour, shops, and restaurants, inside is very grand and ornate, excellent facilities and very well equipped kitchen, with everything you need. The host was super helpful and very responsive.

Almost everything perfect, would have been 10/10 but for a few issues. the outside Patio furniture and sunbeds need a little TLC, sunbed cushions very stained and mildew spots. Main bedroom shower had a bad smell every time it was used. Washing machine full of black mould in drum and dispenser.

Absolutely an amazing, stunning villa in a central location for a family get together.

The property is amazing and is very large and spacious. It is close to the beach, harbour with lots of boats, restaurants and shops. It has so many beautiful features: marble floors, sweeping staircases. Crystal chandeliers, period furniture. Amazing rooms some with en-suite but lots of toilets on every floor. Master bedroom is like a flat with 2 sets of walk in wardrobes down the hall of this bedroom. Separate toilet and shower room all off the bedroom. It is hard to explain but it was an amazing bedroom. Bedroom opposite had an ensuite and these rooms were to the side of the entrance hall. You wouldn’t know they were there when you walked in. There was a toilet as well in this hallway. Well equipped very large kitchen with dining table. Sun terrace with patio furniture and library on top floor which is lovely sitting in the evening with a glass of wine looking down at the town. Swimming pool with steps which is deep. Sunbeds. Towels. Lovely outside terrace. There are lots of stairs in the villa. Photos don’t do it justice. It was a wow walking through the front door. Everything you need in a kitchen. Large fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine. Sink, lots cleaning equipment and washing line outside. Barbecue on one outside terrace with 2 large dining tables and steps down to the pool and sun beds. We were a party of 10. Four couples some with children and had plenty of space.

Beautiful period furniture . Small Tables had glass tops which were not fixed. With 2 3 year olds we did move them out the way.

Excellent Villa

Spacious villa with excellent indoor and outdoor spaces. Well located near to shops, restaurants and the marina. Great property that's ideal for larger groups/families.

The motorised gate for the car parking was faulty and we needed to operate it manually while there (staff tried to fix but it broke again), the hot water in the kitchen and one of the showers didn't work on the last day, the provided baby chair was in poor condition so we bought one from IKEA to use instead. The air conditioning stopped working but we found a tripped fuse in the electricity box and switched it back on. All relatively minor but it's quite an expensive property and is excellent in many ways so it's a shame for these small things to happen.

Amazing week on a great location

This house is amazing - best location in Benalmadena. Our family of 7 visited during the easter holidays and had a blast. The entrance to this house really gives away this is something special. Two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and two additional bedrooms in the basement (one with bunk beds). Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and a great bbq on the terracce. We really didn't use the enormous living room area or the office area on the 1. floor. We lived on the terrace which has an amazing view over the pool and Puerto Marina rooftops. A special praise to Bena who met and introduced us at the house when we arrived close to midnight. Really service minded and available on WhatsApp throughout our stay.

Only 4 sunbeds directly by the pool. A few more would be great considered the size of the house.

What started as a horror story for a family of 13, ended up being the best place we ever stayed!

It all started as a horror story for us, because we are not used to Spanish home styles. We were afraid at the beginning and were confused what is what here. We even considered to leave this place. But the host was so energetic to help us accommodate and feel at home, going above and beyond to provide us everything we need for our comfort here - he even drove to IKEA every day to bring us additional clean blankets, making up the rooms, and much more. With each passing day here, we started to feel that we like this place more and more. We even invited our grown-up children to fly to Spain for a few days, resulting eventually 13 people staying here. This was the biggest gathering of our family we had ever. This home feels like it fits infinitely many people. There are infinitely many kitchen utensils and plates, and everything you need to cook meals for very large family. We did not run out of anything - everything here was sufficient. Even the fridge was stacked with a lot of goodies that our family appreciated so much. It has a great location, amazing sea views from the balcony, and above all - Alvaro as a host was superb - thanks to his efforts and personal attitude to our needs, we decided to stay here, and ended up loving this place. The whole home is the perfect representation of a big Spanish family home.

At the beginning one bed was not made, and some blankets and pillows had stains on them, but Alvaro fixed it all. Basement bathrooms could be cleaner, but we know - next time those will be. Since we were here in end of November, it was quite cold outside, and although the home has a heating system, it had some issues with remotes in one of the bedrooms. At the first couple of nights we were struggling to get the heating in bedrooms, but then in later days again - everything got fixed. At the beginning we were afraid of ghosts, but because we were so many people here, all the ghosts ran away. :)) Oops, sorry, we broke 3 dishes... (floors have tiles, and if a kid drops something, it will break)

Flot velindrettet villa med swimmingpool,, tæt på strand, indkøb, restauranter og lufthavn.

Optimalt tæt på lufthavnen, stranden, restauranter og forretninger i Marinaen. Villaens Swimmingpool brugte vi hver dag. Familiens 11 medlemmer havde hvert sit værelse med bad og toilet, der var garage under villaen. Vi havde god plads i det store køkken, i stuen, på terrassen til aktiviteter.

Daglig støj fra de mange helikoptere, ellers et roligt kvarter.

Hoewel je meer tijd buiten doorbrengt dan binnen kan je de inrichting zeker waarderen. Prachtig! Alles is zeer ruim. Serviesgoed, glazen, pannen, het allemaal voldoende. Heerlijk zwembad. Een feest om hier te mogen verblijven.

Het zonnen in de tuin werd verstoord door muggen. In de badkamer(s) beneden is 1 stopcontact. Zelf een 3-wegstekker meenemen kan handig zijn
