We were welcomed to this lovely property and shown around upon our arrival. It’s set back from the busy street in town in a nice quiet neighborhood but also just 2 minutes from the grocery store and restaurants which was very convenient. Features a beautiful balcony up the steps and a very comfortable common area with use of the fridge, coffee maker, etc. We enjoyed an exceptionally delicious breakfast made by our lovely host which was incredible! 5 stars!

Bello, nuovo, pulito e confortevole. Siamo stati davvero bene, coccolati da Santina che é una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e gentilissima.
Comodo a tutti servizi e la spiaggia si trova a neanche 10 minuti. Valledoria offre di tutto ed é anche un posto da cui raggiungere velocemente posti immersi nella natura, dal mare, con le sue dune e la foce del fiume, all'interno si possono trovare zone verdi e rigogliose dove fare escursioni meravigliose o immergersi nelle acque termali naturali.

Der Kontakt und das Einchecken hat gut geklappt! Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann das Auto in der Wohngegend gut stehen lassen. Es gab ein gigantisches, selbst zubereitetes Frühstück mit deftigen Sachen und dazu noch ein süßes Teilchen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war reichhaltig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und das Bett war bequem.

The family room had enough space for two people with luggage, nice balcony. Fridge and microwave to use, water boiler and coffee machine and some tables to have your own meal.
Toilet infrastructure was old (shower very small and narrow even for thin people, the movable wall got stuck several times and was leaking, no shelf, shower head could only be attached with difficulty).
Even though the apartment is a few minutes away from the main street, there was still a lot of traffic and kids driving around with their motor bikes.
The breakfast was served at the hotel of the owner 10min by foot from the room, and was always the same, no possibility to choose.
