Poor hostel-like low-budget room at the beach sold as 3* appartment

- the location - a few steps to the beach and cafe (visit Juuls!) - the inhouse parking in the basement, with sliding door and remote control

- the host failed to inform, us that there are neither bed linen nor towels. So the first night was on the beach towels, then in the morning we ran to Zeeman and purchased bed sheets, towels, and even toilet paper. Unacceptable! Again, it is not a problem to bring the towels and sheets - just inform and remind the visitors! - the departure was very strange: the host insisted, that we have to leave before 10 am, but came late and let us wait. Then went to check the flat without us. "first deposit then key" helped against improvised claims. - our question after arrival "where are the bed linen" answered with "customers welcome to ask". Someone must learn to spell the words "c-u-s-t-o-m-e-r" and "a-p-o-l-o-g-i-z-e" before start any business. 3* standard has some basic compfort and equipment rules, also in business ethics. - the room is extremely small, there's not enough place for two. - same for the elevator - one suitcase per ride.

Schönes Wochenende am Meer

Gemütliches kleines Apartment. Modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ideal für 2 Personen. TV mit deutschen Programmen. Alles schön sauber. Komfortables Klappbett. Senseo mit Pads, Mikrowelle/Grill, Ceranfeld, alles da... Freundlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Restaurants und Bäckerei an der Strandpromenade in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch der nächste Supermarkt (spar) ist nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt.

Keine ernsthafte Kritik. Ich Rindviech bin mit meiner Mercedes E-Klasse in die Tiefgarage runter gefahren. Die Tiefgarage ist bekanntlich nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Bitte nicht mit großen Autos runterfahren. Das Problem ist nämlich, nachher wieder heraus zu kommen... ;-)

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit mais bien équipé et confortable. Très proche de la digue/plage. Propriétaire disponible et très agréable au téléphone.

Malheureusement l'ascenseur était en panne lors de notre séjour.

Met 2 personen en voor een kort verblijf de ideale studio, alles was aanwezig

De lift was 'out of working' dus de gevaarlijke trappen nemen en er was in die traphal dan nog eens een verlichtingslamp kapot

Niks, alles was in orde Was alleen even zoeken naar het servies, maar redelijk snel gevonden.

Für kurze Aufenthalte ok, Bettwäsche muss aber mitgebracht werden.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist innerhalb von einer Minute am Strand. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und wenn man die meiste Zeit außerhalb verbringt vollkommen ausreichend. Die Möbel sind funktionsfähig, das Bett haben wir nach kurzer Suche im Schrank gefunden. Das Geschirr und die Kochutensilien sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, es hat allerdings gedauert bis wir sie im Regal unterm Fernseher gefunden haben. Wir haben sie im Küchenschrank erwartet.

Wir haben erst am Abend vorher erfahren, dass wir Bettwäsche in der Größe 200x220 cm mitbringen müssen. Da wir bereits unterwegs waren, aber auch keine Bettwäsche in dieser Größe besitzen, mussten wir spontan Bettwäsche bei Carrefour kaufen, welche wir nun vermutlich nie wieder verwenden können. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis wir den Schlüsselsafe gefunden haben: er befindet sich im Eingangsbereich des Hauses im Briefkasten.

Très agréablement surpris pour un logement moderne à la Côte Belge

Amabilité de l'hôte, communication fluide, il prend même la peine de demander si tout se passe bien pendant le séjour propreté des lieux studio moderne, suffisamment spacieux et aménagement astucieux pour permettre un salon et une chambre en même temps Localisation idéale très proche de la digue, parking gratuit en sous-sol (étroit mais fonctionnel) avec petit débarras si nécessaire. Accès facile et situation proche de toutes commodités (500 mètres du centre de Coxyde) Baigné de lumière toute la journée (avec le petit bémol de chaleur un peu excessive dans le studio quand le soleil donne, mais on ne va pas se plaindre d'avoir du soleil en Belgique :)) Rangements largement suffisants, équipement adéquat et petit nécessaire de base présent et offert (capsules de café, eau) Remboursement de la caution rapide

L'évier de la salle de bains pourrait être plus étroit pour faciliter l'accès à la douche (et sa sortie) Même si ça n'est pas un frein, il serait utile de préciser que des draps et des essuies doivent être emportés dans l'annonce

Degelijke studio voor enkele dagen verlof aan zee

Degelijke studio in een rustige buurt en vlakbij de dijk en het strand. De parkeergelegenheid onder het gebouw is een pluspunt. De nieuwe kitchenette bevat alle nodige keukengerei. Zeer goede locatie voor enkele dagen verlof aan zee.

De studio was niet helemaal proper toen we toekwamen (stof en vuil onder de sofa en in de kast van het bed). De douchekop en douchewand waren stuk waardoor de badkamer gedeeltelijk onder water kwam te staan. Er stonden wel erg veel en vrij grote meubelen in de kleine studio.
