The staff were welcoming, informative and helpful at reception and in the dining area.
Options for meals, food and drink, were made available. A good range of choice.
The bathroom was spotless.
The room was comfortably heated in very cold weather.
The bed pillow had no shape, didn't offer much support.

the property the ship and location the experience
I was fine i slept well but if you have long legs the bunk beds might be a little short so see you can find a room with beds for tall people but my husband being tall he was fine for one night - and again it’s an experience and not a disaster I slept wonderfully
