Would definitely recommend this apartment and we definitely stay there again

Property was in a great location right on the beach and close to all the restaurants. Easy to check in and the apartment itself was very nice. It has a nice balcony with chairs and table although mine was facing the back so if you want to see the water you would need to ask for a beach view room.

By the sea

Location, just a few steps from the sea. Everyday cleaning, changing towels including beach towels. Everything at the apartment is new and clean. Our apartment was not with sea view so there is no noise during the night.

It will be easier entering thw building and brown door using code.

Not a place for resting, too noisy with "neighbours"

next to the beach although was too cold, the room is nice and well furbished with a kitchenette

There are 4 rooms at LUX VIP and two were rented by couples who had loud sexual activities from 4PM until 1AM. Walls between rooms are thin, and I have a doubt about the real purpose of these LUX VIP rooms...

We enjoyed how close to everything this property was. And the information regarding getting into the property was super-

Proximity to the ocean and local life was great!

We felt the room itself was unsafe- especially for a family with small children. We were settling in for our first night in the room when my 4-yr old son opened the closet door which somehow fell off the base and onto the floor. It had a very larg mirror that came off and cut my 2-yr old daughter’s toes. If the mirror had actually shattered (and it was an absolute miracle that it didn’t), she wouldv’e been seriously injured or worse as she was sitting on the floor directly under the mirror when it fell.

The studio is nicely furnished, fully equipped, as on the photos, very well maintained, clean, good location

The balcony is not really usable, unfortunately, although front line by the sea, due to noise from the coffee shops downstairs, mixed music ( noise) from 3 at the same time and loud from people sitting in those coffee shops trying to talk, due to the very loud music till late at night

Everything was good except for the shower which we found very difficult to get in and out due probably to our age and our arthritis..all in all we were happy.

lovely weekend by the sea

worderful view and the size of the room was amazing. Bathroom was beyond any expectation. The room was super clean and the bathroom too. It was so easy to find and everything was super close. Breakfast-dinner-coffee-transport

Room was very clean, tidy and looked very new.

The room is very small and not so comfortable if you want to spend some time inside it. The soundproofing could be better as I was capable to listen voices and noises from the next room.

A terrible nightmare for a peaceful holiday by the sea.

only good location

The apartmant was actually a room that was supposed to simulate a apartmant, but this was not the problem. The realy problem was very poor soundproofing, and any conversation, shouting, slamming of doors, giggling or movement in the corridor could be heard from the adjacent rooms and the corridor as someone was in your room. At night, someone could be heard snoring from the next room. In addition to all that noise, the apartment next to us was also being renovated, which made the horror unbearable, especially with the work and the clamor of the workers while calling each other. We couldn't even sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea because of the transfer of bags of material and a large number of workers who were loudly shouting at each other. It was a terrible experience, we came to rest and we didn't have any peace for a second. We left the accommodation the next day. I strongly do not recommend this room wannabe apartment.

Exceptional

Comfortable apartments: large beds, kitchen area, jacuzzi. The grill is great! We cooked shrimps every day, which we bought from the grocery store next door. Very clean. Towels and linen are changed regularly. An incredible view of the sea from the balcony. 2 minutes to the beach. TV with YouTube and Netflix. Air conditioning. Good noise isolation. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Very good

The room was extremely clean, smells good and the staff cleaned every day. The location is excellent. The buildiing is on the beach promenade. The design is looking good as on the pictures. The "kitchen" is also equipped.

Everything was fine except the bed and the mattress was horrible for us, not a high-quality one what was sad because all of the details were very fine and cool. The nights are unbelievable noisy because of the bars, night clubs therefore I dont recommend going with kids.
