This place had a beautiful view and great location.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Had an excellent view of the pool and valley from my room. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was quite limited, although I didn't have a problem when I was there. Excellent value for money for this area!
One of the female staff was quite sassy but overall am happy with the service. I was missing bath towels when I first arrived. I sent a message on WhatsApp to the accommodation, but wasn't rectified.

Very nice location with a beautiful view of Douro Valley. Nice pool and outdoor area. Room very comfortable, and staff friendly.
No safe for valuables in room. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Pool not heated, so very cold, also lots of dead bugs in water.
