Basically you can have the whole house during your stay. If you want to experience local lifestyle, you can stay here to get a real feel about how the local live. This was the second times I stayed in this house within my 2 separate trips to Japan.
Toilet was clean, but it would be perfect if upgraded the toilet seat, and also the water faucet.

The apartment is straight out of the 1980s
It was a little cramped. I'm 6.2 and had to duck to get through doorways

安価なのは良かったです。
また、国分寺、と言う立地なので、どこに行くにも便利だと思いました。駅も近いし良かったです。
買い物は24時間のお店があり助かりました。
飾り物が多くて 荷物を置く場所が少なく不便だった。
ティッシュが殆ど無かった。トイレットペーパーで代用。
リモコンの電池が殆ど無かった。持参した電池を使用。
1番気になったのは、入室して直ぐ 物凄い加齢臭でヤバかったです。使わないクッション類、ハッピ類、を押し入れにしまい、布団のシーツカバーを全て洗濯したら、少しマシにはなりましたけど、キツかったです。
