River Park 1244

The location of this property and the view of the river below with mountains in the distance were fantastic. The facilities overall we're great for us.

There's nothing that we didn't like about the property, but there were a few things that could have gone more smoothly. We did not receive check in information ahead of time and had to ask for it a couple of times the day we arrived. The management company was super quick to respond and took care of us. There were a few little maintenance issues that could be improved like the bedroom door vibrating in the wind and waking us up. The photos seemed to indicate that there was only a Keurig available so we bought a coffee maker, but then discovered there was already a coffee maker hiding in the photos near the fridge. (we could've avoided this if we would've asked questions.) We also had someone enter the property without our knowledge during our stay to check out the trash situation. He did not know that the condo was occupied so entered without announcing. My husband and he had a conversation and he apologized.
